STANDARD BOWL
3SAE Ultrasonic Cleaner, USC-SD
Ultrasonic cleaning has long been the preferred means of cleaning optical fibers, this technology ensures ultimate cleanliness and is maximizing the post process reliability.
Cleaning is accomplished by using a sweeping frequency that is optimized to target the various sizes of particles. The cleaning intensity can be adjusted for different fiber types and sizes.
The USC SD is specifically adapted for splicing applications and can accommodate fiber holders from the most common fiber splicer manufacturers.
Operation of the USC is easy and intuitive with audible and visual indicators which signal when the fiber should be removed.
- Frequency tuned oscillation
- Fiber holder platforms for all fusion splicer manufacturers
- Fast cycle time
- Compact bench top design
